You must be 18 years or older to order a commission.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

The artist reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.

All drawings will have a subtle watermark logo or 'nyxystyx' text, they may not be removed by anyone for any reason.

The artist might record the process for social media.

The currency accepted is USD via Paypal Invoice only.

Payment must be paid upfront within 24 hours of placing your order.

• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the commission will be cancelled.

• Recurrent cancelled commissions by a buyer can end up said person being blacklisted from commissions & sales.

Payment plans can be discussed for orders totaling over $100.

• Please contact the artist before making an order to discuss payment plan terms.

The time that it takes to finish your commission will vary from 1-8 weeks from acceptance, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and workload.

WIPs can be requested at any time once your commission has started.

Once the piece is finished, you will receive a full-resolution image, additional sizes can be requested.

You get 2 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

The artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned work.

The artist will NOT claim intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

The artist will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the buyer breaks any terms.

The artist reserves the right to post commissioned artwork online.

The buyer may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social channels.

The buyer may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc)

The buyer may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.

The buyer may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Altering the artwork without my consent

Full refunds will only be given after a 8 week waiting period and the artist has not started the commission. 

If the artist has started the commission, 50% refunds are available.

If the artist for any reason is unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a Paypal chargeback.  The artist will transfer the money back to you.

If you request a Paypal chargeback and any point when you are not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.  I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talked about the commission as evidence that I have completed the work for you.  Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
